San Miguel Mission

The historic church, a few blocks from the Plaza, was built in 1891 and stands on the site of the original mission that was built in 1627. It has massive adobe walls, large carved vigas, and supporting corbel arches. The church remains an inspiration symbol of the Spanish Catholic heritage, celebrated by the annual Fiestas in late September. (575) 835-2891.
