The mission of Socorro Fire Department is to protect property and save lives.

Description:
The City of Socorro has a professional Fire Department capable of responding to Fire and EMS emergencies within the city limits. The Department also covers EMS calls throughout the entire county of Socorro and provides transport services throughout the state. In addition, Socorro Fire Department has several mutual aid agreements with surrounding agencies to share resources in case of larger emergencies.
