Safe Routes To School
The City and County of Socorro are developing a plan to improve safety through the national Safe Routes To School (SRTS) program.
The following reports were submitted to the Department of Transportation in June of 2011:
Final report for Phase I of the plan (2.9M pdf)
Parent survey results from Cottonwood and Zimmerly Schools (2M pdf)
The SRTS co-ordinator, Michael Hanauer, would greatly appreciate comments from the community.
Email him at or call 575-517-0473.
