City Hall Offices Closed to the Public

In an effort to maintain the great progress our community has made in slowing the COVID-19 spread, all City Hall offices are closed to the public. Work orders and service calls will still be performed. To contact City Hall regarding work orders, utility hookups, payments, or other services, please call 575-835-0240. Also, please visit to access needed forms. Utility bills can still be paid on-line and via telephone.

A follow-up message will be broadcast when offices will again be open to the public. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
